From a garage floor in 1997 to one of the largest, most capable and experienced ornamental iron companies in the southwest, Old World Iron takes tremendous pride in the work it produces, the people it employs and the customers it serves.

After years in management positions in the telecommunications and recruiting fields, our founder couldn’t see himself living a life that didn’t fulfill his passion for expression and creativity.  Todd Miller spent his days working full time in his business and nights making architectural iron and metal for friends and family.  Eventually, the desire to do more in ornamental iron meant a decision had to be made to stick with one or grow the other.

Over more than two decades, Old World Iron has created lasting, heirloom quality beauty for hundreds of customers, whether decorators, builders, homeowners or architects.  Notable installations include numerous historic restorations, such as the Crocker Estate, The Federal Courthouse in Little Rock, Arkansas, dozens of professional athletes, business owners and leaders.  Still, our favorite customer is…you.  The one we are dealing with right now.

Whether you’re building or remodeling a family estate or living the excitement of planning your first home with your family, we excel at working with your team to bring your vision to life.  Our motto has always been stairs, gates and balconies for fine homes.  While that remains true today, Old World Iron does so much more.  Whether it’s furniture through our Grain & Grange retail store, reclaimed lumber from Vintage Reclaimed Lumber, modern stainless, glass and steel railings and other decorative and functional elements from Architectural Metal Design, or working with your tradesmen to install a wooden stair rail through Oklahoma Stair Parts, we stand ready to help in ways most companies can’t.
